GENERAL

• 1. All students must abide by the general and special rules laid by the Institute authorities from time to time in regard to their conduct and education. Self-discipline is the best discipline. All students must observe Institute rules and regulations for the smooth working of the Institute.
• 2. It is the responsibility of the student to read the notice boards regularly and visit the Institutes website for important announcements made by the Institute time to time. Any ignorance would not be entertained.
• 3. Personal hygiene has to be strictly maintained on day-today level. All students have to be neatly dressed, hair neatly combed and groomed. A student in improper attire would not be allowed to attend lectures.
• 4. Smoking, chewing tobacco, gutka, pan, masala etc. is strictly prohibited in the institute premises. Disciplinary action will be taken against a student found consuming these substances.
• 5. The use of mobile-phones during lectures, labs, library and training sessions is not permitted. Recording, photographs etc are to be taken only with prior approvals.
• 6. Any misuse and damage of Institute property, by scribbling on desks, walls, library books, spoiling classrooms (furniture & fixtures), moving benches and desks from one place to another, etc. is liable to penalty and disciplinary action.
• 7. Students must not participate in any political or anti-social activities. Any reported objectionable conduct inside or outside the premises of the Institute will make her/ him liable to strict disciplinary action.
• 8. Students must be kind and gentle in their behaviour towards their classmates, other students and be respectful towards faculty and staff members of the Institute.
• 9. Students are not entitled to collect any funds from other students or from outsiders in the name of the institute.
• 10. Students are advised to be careful before posting any comments and likes on social media pages related to Aesthesis Foundation.

ATTENDANCE/EXAMINATION:

• 1. Registered student should ensure all necessary documents/photographs are submitted and if any change in residence or contact numbers are updated with the institute authorities.
• 2. Attendance is compulsory. Students with less than 75% attendance would not be eligible to appear for Sessional Tests and Exams. Participation in industrial Training, Company visits and Educational Tours is mandatory. No exceptions will be made to this rule.
• 3. Leave is granted only for valid reasons. Leave applications have to be submitted 3 days prior to the absence. If not so, the concerned student must submit a leave application signed by their parent/guardian confirmed by the Administrator before resuming regular lectures.
• 4. Medical Certificate must be submitted along with the leave application if a student is unwell and remains absent over 3 days.
• 5. The addition of a student is cancelled from the Institute if the student does not attend lectures for consecutive period of 10 days without prior permission.
• 6. Student-evaluation in every theory subject will follow these criteria: 60% for Theory/Practical + 20% for Assignments & related Tests + 20% for Attendance. NO re-examinations would BE conducted.
• 7. No stipends would be issued to students during their tenure with Aesthesis Foundation.
• 8. Internships & securing jobs will be solely based on student’s merit, performance and concerned company’s recruitment policies. Aesthesis foundation holds no responsibility for the same.
• 9. The institute and its authorities are not responsible for their student’s safety outside the institute campus.
