Rita Rego

Co-founder & Director

Rita Rego is a passionate changemaker with over 24 years of corporate experience across the Middle East, Goa, and Mumbai. An MBA in Marketing & Public Relations, her passion for disability inclusion began during her college years. Today, she is living that passion by advancing inclusion through training, recruitment, workplace sensitisation, and meaningful employment for persons with disabilities.

Rolif Cornelio

Co-founder & Director

With over 14 years of global experience in supply chain and operations at companies like Reckitt and Sanofi, Rolif has led teams across North America, Asia, and the Middle East—managing multimillion-dollar portfolios and complex logistics networks.
